These General Terms and Conditions set out in a unified framework the terms of use of the www.laptapir.hu website (“Website”), as well as information, responsibilities and rules related to ordering, payment and performance. The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) contain the general contractual terms governing the use of the website, related applications and services (“Service”) operated by Mediacity Magyarország Kft. (registered office: 1053 Budapest, Kecskeméti utca 5., tax number: 12792607-2-41), as service provider (“Service Provider”).
The subject of the Service is the digital display, in unchanged form, of printed magazines and books, and providing access to the content in exchange for a subscription fee.
The Service is provided by the Service Provider on the Website and in the Laptapír applications (“Application”) on devices using iOS and Android operating systems.
The Service may be used for a monthly fee, which is independent of the number of available publications.
The monthly subscription represents a 30-day period.
The Service Provider provides the Service for the duration of the paid period.
The price of the Service is always the gross end-user price payable (including 27% VAT). The Service Provider issues a receipt for payments; however, the User may request an invoice by enabling this option in their account. In case an invoice is requested, providing invoicing details (name, address, tax number) is a legal obligation.
